Shimano's SLX Front Derailleur is built tough for enduro/all-mountain use and it shifts quickly and smoothly every time. Shimano tweaked the angles for improved rear tire clearance and easier access to adjustment screws. This E-Type design mounts to your bottom bracket.

Capacity is calculated by subtracting your smallest chainring's tooth count from the largest chainring's tooth count. Example: 46/34/24 chainrings: 46 - 24 = 22-tooth capacity.

The dual-pull design allows this derailleur to be used with top- or bottom-pull cable routing.

SLX front derailleurs are offered in many configurations to suit a range of frame styles. Models FD-M660 and FD-M661 suit triple chainring cranksets, while models FD-M665 and FD-M667 are designed specifically for Mountain Compact cranksets.
